1. We are using Pos Laju to deliver the items.

2. All ordering items will be processed and delivered with Courier Service.

3. We do not accept responsibility for inconvenience caused by late or non delivery of goods.

4. For International orders, kindly make your enquiry first before checking out.

5. Kindly track your shipment after we have delivered your purchased item(s). We will send the shipment code to your email once we delivered the item(s).

6. Shipping fees within P. Malaysia, RM6 for 1-2 items, RM9 for 3-5 items and RM11 for 6-8 items.

7. Shipping fees to Sabah & Sarawak, RM9 for 1-2 items, RM11 for 3-5 items and RM14 for 6-8 items.

8. For orders that exceeding RM150.00, shipping fees is totally FREE. (RM200.00 for orders from Sabah & Sarawak)

9.For international orders, kindly make an enquiry first.

10. Meet-up is only available for Petaling Jaya area.

Return Policy

1. For any reason you are not satisfied, you are welcome to exchange / replace your purchase when it is returned/presented in original and sale-able condition. The returned item must be in its original packaging together with its original tags and accessories, unwashed, and unaltered.

2. No refund will be done once an item has been sold. We only accept requests to exchange / replace.

3. Requests to exchange / replace must be made within 1 day after the item is received. Kindly send your request to support@ouch.my

4. Customer has to deliver back the item within 5 working days after we received your request to exchange / replace.

5. We will not entertain any request to exchange / replace that made after the period mentioned above.

6. Customer has to pay for the delivery back of the item, unless it’s a direct fault on our side or defective / dirt on the item.
